E-Series Dia-Vac® Pump Heated Head

Product Description

The E-Series Heated Head Dia-Vac® pump provides all of the excellent features of the standard E-Series Dia-Vac® pump but has the added ability to electrically heat the pump head chamber to keep the gas temperature above the dew point.

This is an ideal pump for hot/wet extraction systems required to precisely control the temperature of the gas all the way through the pump and into the gas analyzer, up to 200°C. The head is made from 316 stainless steel and equipped with (2) 75 watt cartridge heaters and a K-type thermocouple, fixed thermostat or PT100 RTD.

*Note that the thermocouple and RTD options require an external temperature controller (sold separately).

ADI’s gas sampling Dia-Vac® Pumps can pass your gas at the speed of need! Due to an increased interest in reducing the pressure, vacuum and/or flow on the Dia-Vac® pumps, our engineers designed a modified eccentric design. This allows you to customize your Dia-Vac® pump to meet your application requirements while at the same time increasing the diaphragm and bearing life.

Please note that the chart below is not meant to be read as a combination of pressure and vacuum at the same time, only pressure or vacuum.
